Order Cancellation
Cancellation by the Customer: Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at +919663525205. Orders canceled within the stipulated time frame are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation by Clay Kitchen: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to operational reasons or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and process a full refund.
Refunds
Eligibility: Refunds are processed based on the cancellation policies outlined above. If an order is canceled by the customer after the stipulated time frame or if the customer refuses to accept the order without a valid reason, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
Processing: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 3-7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Issues: If you encounter any issues with your order, such as incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 1 Hour of receiving your order. We will work diligently to rectify the issue, which may include a partial refund, discount, or credit towards a future order at our discretion.
